Dining room and a separate den/seating area and ½ bath complete the upper level.
Make your expansive deck the place to be this summer with all new, Cape Coral 14-piece, outdoor entertainment seating which includes extra wide cushioning for an exceptional lounging experience and comfort. Cape Coral outdoor furnishings include 2 single cushioned chairs, 1 cushioned loveseat, glass-top coffee table, 2 chaise lounges (adjustable), and a 6-person, 6 foot glass top table and chairs. The lower level features 2-3 bedrooms with expansive water views with King-Sized bed in each (Or 2 twins, your choice in bedroom #2 & #3), closets and dressers. Smaller, third bedroom has two twins, and a dresser. Full bath with shower and separate laundry area. Linens include lovely 900 GSM luxurious towels.
